View our product galleries and select the styles you want. Choose your size & submit your measurement forms. Click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. To complete your purchase, proceed to 'Checkout’ to place your order, make your payment. And, you're done! Next, we deliver.

You can login through by simply entering your email id and password. Please note that you do not have to login in order to use most of our website. However, if you wish to save some our products to your wishlist for future reference, or you want to stay in touch for being notified about our discounts and sales, you have to signup/login.

Please be assured that your personal details and information are treated with utmost confidentiality and kept private. These will under no circumstance be shared with companies, organisations, or individuals outside of Aethnofit Fashions.

Yes, You Have to sign up with us to stay in touch with us to avoid missing out on updates and promotional offers and checkout easily with your saved information like address, contact number and credit cards etc. Please note that we appreciate your privacy and we do not share any information to anyone.

With us, you can shop in multiple ways. The easiest way is to browse using the drop-down navigation menus at the top of the page, where you can find links to new products, new arrivals, all product categories etc. Else, if you know what you are looking for, use the search box at the top center to search for a specific category of product or a particular product.

Your name will appear in a welcome message at the top right hand corner of the website. You will be able to access your Wish List and then add or move items, register interest for pieces not yet in stock or request item updates without signing in to your account.

When you proceed to purchase you will be prompted to enter your email address and password and review your shipping and payment details before completing your order. Please note that registered customers will be recognized for 14 days. After this time, users will be prompted to sign back in to their account.

Orders

We trigger an Order Confirmation mail as soon as an order is placed with us. Alternatively, you may also login to the My Account section and check the status of your order, which might take some time to get uploaded in your account.

You can view the status of your order by going on your Order Acknowledgement page.

For Sold-Out/Out of Stock products, you can sign up to get notification via email when the product will be back in stock. Please do submit your email address, so we can notify you once these styles are back in stock. We will check and let you know, if and when we should receive these products again.

Sorry, as per company policy, a package can’t be opened before delivery is accepted. But you can accept the package & get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

We always list detailed information about our styles on the product pages. For more information while shopping, you can use our contact us page to get in touch with us. If you need additional information, send us an email at support@aethnofitfashions.com - Our Customer Support team should get back to you within 24 working hours.

In a very rare instance, payment status of an order may take a little longer to get reflected in our system. You can check the same again in another 30minutes. It should get updated automatically. In case you still find any discrepancy, please get in touch with our Customer Care team and we shall be more than happy to assist you in the best possible manner.

Once the order has been placed, no further items can be added to the same order. You will have to place a new order for the additional item(s).

We try our best to assure that your ordered products are shipped out to you in the promised time, but at times there are chances of delay in processing due to unavailability of stock, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Measurements & Customisation

Yes. We provide customise stitching on the website. You can find "Customize" button on the product page. Just click on it and submit your custom measurements as guided. You can request any special requirements at the end of the measurement submission. Customise Stitching Measurement form will be emailed to you once you placed the order. In case of Standard Stitching product will be stitched as per Aethnofit Size chart mentioned on the website.

Yes, we do accept the request if the product has not been sent for stitching. In case of such requirement, please get in touch with our Customer Care team or email us at info@aethnofitfashions.com and we shall be more than happy to check the possibility and assist you in the best possible manner.

Based on our expertise, we will match the fabric of your attire to complement both your outfit's appearance and your personal preferences. We carefully select materials that enhance the overall aesthetic, ensuring that the fabric harmonizes with the design and color of your ensemble. We will work closely with you to ensure that the chosen fabric not only meets your aesthetic preferences but also fits the occasion and enhances your overall look.

Payments

For Domestic Customers: You can pay using Credit Cards, Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Rupay Card), UPI / QR Code, and Net banking through a secure online server.

For International Customers: You can pay using Credit Cards, Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Rupay Card), and Net banking through a secure online server.

Once paid, please contact our customer care or email us with payment details. Clearance of payment made via Wire Transfer may take 2-3 working days. Once the payment process is done, please share the TT (Telex/Telegraphic Transfer) copy.

Note: TT (Telex/Telegraphic Transfer) copy is generated when payment is actually transferred from one account to another account.

No worries here! All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. You are on a trusted website.

Yes, you can easily pay partially via store credit or coupon code and the remaining balance by selecting your preferred mode of payment.

In very rare instances, the payment status of an order may take a little longer to be reflected in our system. If you tried placing your order using your Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking but the order was not successful, first please check if your bank/credit card account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 3 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank.

International Transaction Fees: Cross-border or international transaction fees, if any, charged by your bank from your credit or debit card will not be refunded. These are hidden charges levied by your bank, not by us. Customers must contact their bank for additional information on these charges.

Local Taxes: The VAT, Custom Duty, Local Taxes, and Import Duties are borne directly by the customer as per local laws, to be paid at the time of delivery as advised by the respective courier partner. We will not refund any such charges if applicable during order delivery.

For Indian Customers: Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International Customers: Product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in. Payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

We never charge any additional amount other than the order value. However, certain banks may charge for international transactions, which is beyond our control. Kindly get in touch with your bank for further clarification.

Shipping

At present, we ship domestically across India and to over 100 countries internationally. If you wish to have your order delivered to a country not on our list of serviceable countries, please write to us at info@aethnofitfashions.com and we will try to arrange shipment to your location.

Most items in our collection are handcrafted and made especially for you on order, so the total delivery time may be longer than usual e-commerce purchases. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery in India and 6-8 days for international orders. If you opted for Standard or Customized Stitching, please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery. Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and a tracking number. Your order status will also be updated via email at every step. You can use the tracking details provided to you to track your order through our logistics partner.

We do not deliver to multiple addresses for a single order. If you'd like us to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Yes, you can provide a different shipping address and billing address.

This may happen due to custom checks or other country-specific regulations. Please check whether your ordered items are intact and safe. If not, mention this on the delivery acknowledgment copy (if any) and contact our Customer Care team at the earliest. We will assist you in the best possible manner.

Unfortunately, we are unable to honor requests for specific delivery dates. However, rest assured that we do our best to deliver your product by the promised delivery date.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

You may cancel your product order within 24 hours of the purchase date. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted. You can choose to cancel all non-ready-to-ship products, only if done within 24 hours of placing it. We shall initiate a 100% refund of your money, and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail, though we would have loved to add a new Ethnic outfit to your wardrobe.

Please be aware that Ready-to-Ship orders are not eligible for cancellations as they are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order. Once your order is confirmed, action is initiated on our end, and the process of picking, packaging, customizing, and logistics starts. In most cases, the ordered product has already passed through a couple of phases by then.

Orders cancelled after 24 hours of confirmation are dealt with on a case-by-case basis by our Customer Care team, depending on the degree of process completion. We provide refunds for such orders in the form of Store Credit/Coupons only. This Store Credit/Coupons is redeemable on our website within a stipulated period from the time of issuance.

It takes a maximum of 2 business days from the receipt of your cancellation request for us to cancel your order and send you a notification via e-mail.

We are committed to providing 100% satisfaction to our customers. Despite our stringent measures to deliver products in the best possible condition, there might be cases where:

  • Item(s) may get damaged during transit; or
  • There may be a manufacturing defect that went unnoticed during packing; or
  • A wrong item is shipped to you by mistake.

In the above circumstances, we provide refunds to our customers. However, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.

You must have a video of the product unboxing and an invoice photo as proof in case of a refund. We will not entertain refund requests without video unboxing proof. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order to report any complaints regarding the product received as damaged, found with a manufacturing defect, or any other issues. It may take 8 to 10 days to process your refund, depending on banks and local laws.

Products falling under certain categories may not be returned. These include:

  • Any item that has been altered for a custom size or design
  • Lehengas, Blouses, Sarees, Salwar suits, Anarkali Suits that have been “stitched” to Standard or Custom Size
  • Jewellery (due to hygiene reasons)

Credit Card Fees:

Please note that Credit Card refunds involve an admin/credit card commission of 10% of the final order value (5% while accepting and 5% while refunding). This cost will be deducted from the value of the refund. An alternate solution is a Store Credit/Coupon, which nullifies the Credit Card Commission charge, allowing us to issue a Store Credit/Coupon equivalent to the final accepted value of creditable funds.

Bank Transfers:

For orders placed using Bank Transfers, refunds would be issued only as Store Credit/Coupons.

International Transaction Fees:

Local Taxes:

Custom Duty / Custom Charges are country-specific charges and are applied as per the rules of the local government. These charges are beyond our control, and therefore, we cannot refund Custom Duty / Custom Charges.

Yes, we do sell products on a wholesale basis as well. We have defined slabs based on the order value. Please let us know your requirements via Live Chat or email us at info@aethnofitfashions.com, and we will revert with our wholesale rates.

You can apply a coupon on the shopping page after adding items to your bag. A list of available coupons will be accessible under the “Apply Coupons” tab on our App, Website, or Mobile site. Simply select the radio button next to your chosen coupon, and the discounted amount will be applied to your order.
