For Domestic Customers: You can pay using Credit Cards, Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Maestro credit, Rupay Card), UPI / QR Code, and Net banking through a secure online server.

Once paid, please contact our customer care or email us with payment details. Clearance of payment made via Wire Transfer process needs 2-3 working days. Once the payment process is done, please share the TT (Telex/Telegraphic Transfer) copy.

Can I pay partially by store credit and remaining by credit card?
Yes, you can easily pay partially via store credit / coupon code and the remaining balance by selecting the preferred mode of payment.
My Order Status is reflecting as "Payment Pending" even after the deduction of the money.
In a very rare instance, payment status of an order may take a little longer to get reflected in our system. If your bank/credit card account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 5 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank.
What about charges levied for International Transaction Fees and Local Taxes?
International Transaction Fees:
Cross Border or International Transaction Fees, if any, charged by the respective bank from your credit or debit card will not be refunded. Please note these are hidden charges levied by your bank on you, and not by us. Customers must contact their bank for additional information on these charges.
Local Taxes:
The VAT / Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer as per local laws, to be paid at the time of delivery as advised by the respective courier partner. We will not refund any such charges, if applicable during order delivery.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
For Indian Customers: Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International Customers: Product Prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by your country, and payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
What if you see an additional amount charged in the statement?
We never charge any additional amount other than the order value. However, certain banks do charge for international transactions, which is beyond our control. Kindly get in touch with your bank for further clarification.
