We deliver to all and any postal address around India. We currently ship to all countries around the globe. If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service team to inquire about potential shipping options. You can email us at support@aethnofitfashions.com.
Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so we request you to provide a full street address with pin code/zip code.
For International Orders: Please note that residential shipments to the USA & some other countries will be left at the door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell. Our courier agents (DHL, FEDEX, ARAMEX, India Post, etc.) will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery in such cases.
Standard Shipping: Standard Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to deliver in India and 6-8 days for International orders. If opted for Standard/Customized Stitching, an additional 5 working days are applicable on delivery time. This timeline is calculated from the date your order is shipped, not from the date the order is placed. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control.
Our courier partners are DHL, FEDEX, ARAMEX, DTDC, BLUEDART, Delhivery, India Post, etc.
For International Orders:
For Domestic Orders: Simple Pricing: Pay just Rs. 60 on each item added to the cart of your choice for shipping within India. Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 1199.
Aethnofit Fashions ships all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If the courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. However, Aethnofit Fashions will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer's address by the postal/courier agency.
What should I do when my package is open and the product seal is broken?
This may happen due to some custom checking or any other country-specific rules. Please check whether your ordered items are intact and safe. If not, please mention the same on the delivery acknowledgment copy, if any, and also get in touch with our Customer Care team at the earliest. We shall be more than happy to assist you in the best possible manner.
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company's website details along with the expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order status page or by logging in to the My Account section on our site. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
Please report to us within 24 hours if you find any gap with respect to the parcel delivery.
There will be an additional charge for re-delivery in case where nobody is present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
For any discrepancy with respect to delivery, we will not be able to entertain any case reported post 48 hours of the delivery or post 48 hours of receiving the order delivered mail from our side.
Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may email us your alteration request and the needful will be done.
Please note: Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not Aethnofit Fashions. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay the entire re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess/reship the order. If you have any questions about our shipping policies, please email us at support@aethnofitfashions.com. Our support team will get in touch with you within 48 hours.
The VAT / Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer as per local laws, to be paid at the time of delivery as advised by the respective courier partner. We will not refund any such charges if applicable during order delivery.
Local taxes, VAT / Custom Taxes, and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process but may be charged to you by your government.
International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
We do not levy any additional charges on shipping out your favorite fashion wear. The Government in your country of residence can impose taxes or import duties applicable on entry as per local laws.
We have mentioned the possible Custom Duty / VAT implications in our Shipping Policy and Frequently Asked Questions. Since the Custom Duty / VAT implication varies from Country to Country and is also not charged on 100% of the shipments, it is absolutely not possible for us to predict in 100% of the instances.
Shipping cost refers to the cost of shipping an item from the origin to the destination country and the same needs to be paid to the Logistic Partners. Custom Duty is something which is over and above the Shipping Cost. Custom Duty charges are tax levied on the import of goods by the Custom authorities of the respective Country.
Every time an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country's rules and regulations. The charges may vary according to the rules of different countries depending on the item, item value, quantity, end use, materials, or methods used to make the item and is solely at the discretion of the duty officer.
